Woven vs. Extruded

Woven netting is looped together in small links, making a strong fiber, but offering a soft feel,
availablee in regular white (Pursell's) or Candy Cane striped. Kirk extruded netting is formed
from continuous plasticfibrs that are "welded" together whre they cross every two inches.

 

Package a Christmas tree for easy transport without branch damage. The Christmas Tree Baling System provides an economical way to increase customer satisfaction and keep them coming back year after year. Three different types, and a variety of sizes available. Pursell’s Netting is woven and white in color. Kirk netting is extruded and natural in color. Candy Cane netting is woven, red and white in color.

Balers

Balers are availlablle in 4 sizes, correspondingto the three sizes of netting, 18", 20", 23", and 26". Smaller sizes are appropriate for
smaller trees, larger for larger trees. Genrally, a 23" system is most appropriate for 5'-8' trees.


How it Works:

  1. Start the tree base through the baler funnel
  2. Attach netting to tree usually by tying the netting
    together or aroud the trunk,
  3. Pull the tree through to apply netting,
  4. Trim netting to desired length and tie off
